For most corporate events, six to eight weeks out gives us time for a site walk, drawings and a gear plan. Peak weeks in Sun Valley and Big Sky fill early, so reach out as soon as you have dates. We can often help on shorter notice too.

Yes. We can partner with the venue’s team and make their system look and sound its best, or bring a complete turnkey setup. Some venues have rules or fees for outside AV, and we’ll help you sort that out early.

A floor plan, ceiling height, power locations, load in access and a venue contact. If you don’t have those handy, we’ll track them down, and we’re happy to do a site walk.

Yes. We keep gear in both Hailey and Bozeman, so most of the Wood River Valley and southwest Montana is a short drive. That includes Stanley, Big Sky, Livingston and the ranches in between. If crew travel or lodging applies, it’s spelled out clearly in your proposal.
